Conservation kerb, 255mm wide x 205mm high, meets the demand from planning authorities for a wider section kerb system of similar proportions to traditional natural granite kerbs.
The kerb height of 205mm allows sufficient depth for installation purposes whilst maintaining an adequate upstand.
The system comprises a wide range of kerb types and also includes a special drop kerb configuration with 1:18 gradient to meet the recommendations of the Highways Agency for pedestrian crossing points.
Further design flexibility can be gained by using the straight and radius kerbs to form step features.
- Also available as:
- Straight kerbs
- Radius kerbs
- Quadrant
- Drop kerbs
Complementary edgings manufactured from the same aggregates used in Conservation kerb are also available. Edgings are textured on one face and one edge.
Available in Silver Grey, Harvest Buff or Charcoal colourways.
